Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused scented oils or air fresheners in their original packaging to prevent leakage or damage during transit.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the provided prepaid return label and attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel before dropping it off at a local carrier.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
